Lamon, Italy - (renovations underway, coming fall 2026)
“Casa Respirolento” (slow breath) is a villa in the northern Veneto region of Italy, just an hour and twenty minutes from the Venice airport. The home is being updated and three bedrooms and two bathrooms will be available by the fall of 2026. In time, we hope to have three additional bedrooms available. Breathtaking views from the numerous balconies and outdoor spaces await you, while a cozy fireplace, spacious rooms, and a new kitchen and baths make the home very comfortable. Lamon is a beautiful little town within walking distance of the home, where you can find cafes, groceries, buses, and other amenities. It is at the foot of the Italian Alps, in the Bellunese Dolomiti National Park, with Venice, Verona, Padova, Bolzano, and Trento within 1- 2 hours drive. Plenty of cycling, kayaking, and hiking can be found nearby, with the ski areas around San Martino di Castrozza less than an hour away.

"Casa Respirolento" è una villa nella regione del Veneto settentrionale, a solo un'ora e venti minuti dall'aeroporto di Venezia. La casa è in fase di ristrutturazione e tre camere da letto saranno disponibili a partire dall'autunno del 2026. In futuro, prevediamo di avere a disposizione tre camere da letto in più. Vi attendono viste mozzafiato dai numerosi balconi e spazi esterni, mentre un accogliente camino, camere spaziose e una nuova cucina e bagni renderanno la casa estremamente confortevole. Lamon è una graziosa cittadina raggiungibile a piedi dalla villa, completa con bar, supermercati, autobus, e altri servizi. Si trova ai piedi delle Alpi italiane, nelle Dolomiti bellunesi, con Venezia, Verona, Padova, Bolzano e Trento raggiungibili in 1-2 ore di auto. Nelle vicinanze è possibile praticare numerose attività come ciclismo, kayak ed escursionismo, mentre le piste da sci di San Martino di Castrozza distano meno di un'ora.
